This Solis Syrah captivates from the first lush sip to its lovely, lingering soft finish. It boasts a gorgeous, bright magenta hue with an intense depth of color. Warm oak nuances with mild cinnamon undertones are balanced by subtle hints of black cherry, pumpkin seeds, dried mushrooms, and cracked black pepper. Crimson red in color with a forward bouquet that pleasantly changes and softens as you swirl and sip. This vintage is a proprietary masterpiece. A three-grape Rhône blend of Petite Sirah, Syrah and Grenache delights your senses and is a wonderful “crowd-pleaser”. Deep garnet in color, with a captivating bouquet of rich, ripe black-blue berry fruits and grilled plums. Appealing hints of black pepper, tobacco, blood orange rind, leather, violets, and seasoned oak all increase your desire to taste. This blend displays an excellent balance of tannins and acidity, full-bodied and rich but with a lovely terroir undertone.

Dark ruby in color with an alluring bouquet of cassis, weathered leather,
pipe tobacco, pomegranate, and Autumn baking spices with hints of
butterscotch. Tightly structured but the tannins soften immediately with
aeration and offer a long and lingering finish. We do suggest allowing this
fine wine to “breathe” before serving for optimum pleasure!

A bouquet of wild raspberries, plums, wood shavings, black pepper and floral undertones of muted jasmine tease your senses. A complex wine that showcases the best of each varietal hand-selected for this blend. The tannins are tamed by the oak-barrel aging which also produces a lovely, lingering finish.

Our 2022 could perhaps be our most exciting vintage yet. It is crystal clear with sparkling lemon-lime hues. It bursts with a bouquet of crisp green apple, honeysuckle, pomelo, agave and lemongrass. There is wonderful depth with an excellent balance of bright acidity and richness. It is medium-bodied, with a soft mouthfeel and a lovely, lighter finish. This Fiano teases your palate with nuances of hazelnut, citrus, lightly toasted coconut, and with undertones of dusty minerality. Serve well-chilled to showcase this beauty. A delightful white wine for warm weather dining or served at any appetizer gathering.
