A delightful mixed bouquet of blueberries, black currants, black cherries, pepper-berries, and whiffs of mild chocolate. As secondary aromas from the gentle oak aging, it also exhibits some slight nuances of baking spices, aged leather, and smokiness. Tasting this vintage is an exceptional sensory experience for everyone. With restrained medium tannins and acidity, this wine still offers a full-bodied and lovely lingering dry finish. -
Baciami, Reserve 2021
Whiffs of this beautiful Rhône-style blend of Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Grenache create an immediate desire to taste it. This 2021 vintage has a wonderful flavor profile that interestingly mirrors its delightful bouquet - which is indeed extraordinary. Cara Mia, Reserve 2019
Dark ruby in color with an alluring bouquet of cassis, weathered leather, pipe tobacco, pomegranate, and Autumn baking spices with hints of butterscotch. Tightly structured but the tannins soften immediately with aeration and offer a long and lingering finish. We do suggest allowing this fine wine to “breathe” before serving for optimum pleasure!

The flavor profile is stunning, ranging from earthy minerality with eucalyptus undertones to bursts of raspberry, dark cherry and a maple bourbon smokiness. A light dusting of cocoa seems to tickle your nose, with this carefully balanced wine finishing smooth and memorable. -
Merlot, Estate 2020
Upon swirling, this wine reveals enticing aromas of cherry, the estate terroir, dark chocolate, plums, red velvet cake, and a hint of seasoned oak. Sangiovese, Estate 2020
Ruby red in color with brilliant clarity, this wine has been a favorite from Solis Winery for years. It displays a savory and herbal depth that opens beautifully. Its satisfying bouquet offers dark, wild berry nuances accompanied by whiffs of green peppercorns and fresh cranberry tartness. Delicious when paired with red-sauced, soppressata/pepperoni pizza, Ribollita (Tuscan stew) or grilled wild game sausages. -
Seducente, Reserve 2020
Deep garnet in color, this vintage is appealing in so many different directions. A bouquet of wild raspberries, plums, wood shavings, black pepper and floral undertones of muted jasmine tease your senses. A complex wine that showcases the best of each varietal hand-selected for this blend. Flavor profiles such as root vegetables, blueberries, pistachios and notes of dried herbs bring a distinctive character to this vintage. The tannins are tamed by the oak-barrel aging which also produces a lovely, lingering finish. -

This Solis Syrah captivates from the first lush sip to its lovely, lingering soft finish. It boasts a gorgeous, bright magenta hue with an intense depth of color. Warm oak nuances with mild cinnamon undertones are balanced by subtle hints of black cherry, pumpkin seeds, dried mushrooms, and cracked black pepper. Full-bodied and velvety smooth, this wine is surprisingly delicious on its own. -
Zinfandel, Estate 2019
Crimson red in color with a forward bouquet that pleasantly changes and softens as you swirl and sip. Red berry nuances tease your nose, followed by hints of plum, cranberry, light smoke from oak, green olives, and tart black cherry. It showcases a medium-bodied structure with tighter tannins and balanced acidity.
